Who is behind Kids Therapy Resources?

Hi, I’m Caitlin — an Occupational Therapist and the creator behind Kids Therapy Resources. I design affordable, easy-to-use occupational therapy printables and simple activity guides to support children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and developmental needs.

My goal is simple: to help families, teachers, and therapists save time while giving children the tools they need to build everyday skills with calm, confidence, and consistency.

What We Create:

🗓️ Visual schedules and routines that make daily transitions easier

✍️ Fine-motor and pre-writing activities to support school readiness

🎧 Sensory-friendly strategies for home and classroom environments

🧩 Self-care and independence tools for toileting, dressing, and mealtimes

Who It’s For

Kids Therapy Resources is designed for:

  • Parents looking for practical strategies and ready-to-use printables
  • Teachers who want simple classroom supports that actually work
  • Therapists who need evidence-informed tools to use in sessions or share with families

All resources are printable, easy to set up, and designed to be used straight away — no complicated prep required.

“Every child has a different learning style and pace. Each child is unique, not only capable of learning but also capable of succeeding.”

Why I Started Kids Therapy Resources

As an Occupational Therapist and mum, I saw how hard it can be to find practical therapy resources that are both affordable and easy to use. Many families and teachers want to support children with autism, ADHD, sensory needs, and developmental delays, but don’t always have time to prepare targeted activities.

That’s why I created Kids Therapy Resources — a space where you’ll find ready-to-print OT resources, simple activity ideas, and sensory-friendly tools that actually work in everyday life.

I believe that with the right supports, every child can build independence, confidence, and joy in their daily routines.
